Data security and secure credit card processing

Do you keep details of my credit card?

Ausway uses the eWay Payments System to process customer’s credit card payments. Your credit card details are sent directly to their secure payment gateway. We never see your credit card details and we do not store them in our system.

How do I know my credit card details are safe shopping on your site?

When the eWay processes your credit card details, all details are protected using industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Our customer’s credit card and personal details are encrypted when transmitted over the Internet.

Refund and returns

Under what conditions will Ausway accept a product for return or exchange?

Ausway will accept products for return if they are undamaged. If your product is faulty, we will exchange the product for a new one. Ausway will not accept returns for Electronic Data, Eway or Licensed Products.

In some cases Ausway reserves the right to charge an appropriate processing fee on returns.

How should I return products to Ausway?

Please return any products via the postal system.

Is there a time limit on returning my products?

There is a 30 day time limit on returning products

Are the delivery charges refundable?

No

Melway will replace the product free of charge

What must I include with the returned product(s)?

Your record of payment together with the reason for returning/exchanging the product

How much time will it take to process the refund?

It may take up to 14 days to process any refunds.

How will I know whether my refund has been processed?

You will be notified of any refund via eMail

Delivery timeframe and costs

Do you accept orders from anywhere in the world?

We can ship to most Countries using Australia Post.

Are there any countries that you will not ship to?

There may be some restrictions, but most countries can be shipped to so as long as Australia Post offers it.

How long do you anticipate my order will take to be filled?

We aim to fill your order as soon as possible, but it may take up to 14 days depending on stock availablity.

How long do you anticipate it will take for my order to be shipped to me?

Please allow up to seven days for deliveries in Australia. Allow up to one month for deliveries to international addresses.

How will my product(s) be sent to me?

We send our products either via various Couriers using Temando or Australia Post

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when you check out of our online store.

What name will appear on my credit card statement?

Melway Publishing Pty Ltd

Do I need to be home to sign for the delivery of my products?

Not for orders less than $50, Yes for orders above $50, or unless specific instructions given.

Can I ‘fast track’ the delivery of my products to coincide with a special day?

You can use the Australia Post Express Delivery option when checking out. You can also apply for special delivery instructions and while we will make every attempt to fulfill your request, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet them.

Are there any additional costs for special delivery instructions?

There are no costs for special delivery instructions, however there is an extra cost for Australia Post Express Post.

What are your shipping charges?

We offer shipping for each of our products at the Australia Post rate or Courier rate. The delivery rate will be displayed when checking out depending on your choice of delivery options. Costs will be inclusive of GST.

Is GST charged?

GST is charged and is included in the prices displayed across this website.
